Brazil captain Neymar banned 4 matches, will miss remainder of Copa America
Neymar's 2015 Copa America adventure is over. By extension, that of Brazil is likely now on course to suffer a similar fate.
The Selecao captain, who received a red card for headbutting Jeison Murillo and inciting a skirmish following Brazil's 1-0 loss to Colombia earlier this week, saw his ban increased to four matches on Friday by CONMEBOL - a decision that rules him out for the remainder of the tournament.
Conmebol decision also apparently based on fact Neymar chased referee down the tunnel to confront him, and insulted him.

The Barcelona star was initially suspended for a solitary match, but saw his ban quadrupled after a disciplinary committee reviewed the incident. Given the length of the suspension, Neymar would miss the rest of the tournament even if his teammates somehow reach the final - which seems like a distinctly impossible feat without their talisman.
Brazil can appeal the decision.
