Ranking the leaked kits for the 2020-21 season
As Europe looks for ways to resume its various football seasons, manufacturers have been hard at work creating the next wave of merchandise. Here, theScore ranks 10 leaked kits for 2020-2 that stand out the most.
10. Liverpool (Home)
The teal might throw some supporters off at first, but Nike should quickly endear itself to Liverpool fans with this take on the home kit. Liverpool’s first collaboration with the sporting goods giant will feature the same shade of red that Portugal wore at the 2018 World Cup and will include a tribute to the 96 victims of the Hillsborough disaster on the back collar.
9. Juventus (Away)
The night indigo gives Juventus' away kit the look of armor, which is completely appropriate for a team that's been impenetrable in Italy for the last decade. The actual look is slick, and the color scheme is coordinated. The white trim makes the jersey pop, while the V-neck makes it appear a little more powerful.
8. Paris Saint-Germain (Home)
Nike appears to have churned out another classic home kit for the champions of France. As PSG prepare to celebrate their 50th anniversary, the 2020-21 kit will pay tribute to the original design worn during the club's inaugural 1970 season while also staying true to the distinct layout that football fans have grown to love.
7. Roma (Home)
The starburst energy is flying right off of Roma's anticipated home kit, as this is one of the club's most ambitious looks in recent years. Previous home kits used the same flat red-orange design with minimal changes to the collar and sleeve. This one is unique. It takes inspiration from Roma's 1979-80 kit and certainly has a retro-chic vibe to it.
6. Atletico Madrid (Home)
Fans of collared football shirts are going to love Nike's latest rendition of the Atletico Madrid home strip. After the anticlimactic revealing of last season’s average-looking top, designers for the Spanish club appear to have gotten it right with this refreshing concept. The classic shirt will feature an eye-catching navy blue collar and stylish brushstroke stripes.
5. Valencia (Third)
Valencia have rolled out orange kits before - it's part of their overall color scheme - but this one is unlike the others. The abstract design gives the shirt some depth, and the black contrast is perfect. It's a stunning kit that's bright enough to catch the eye but not quite loud enough to be obnoxious.
4. RB Leipzig (Away)
RB Leipzig were obviously looking to shake things up when they signed off on Nike's concept for next season's third kit. Different shades of a blue graffiti print give the shirt a very stylish look, while the two bulls on the front stand out prominently with the yellow color mash.

The grey seems to be a little lighter than the original, but that's okay. The overall package is easy on the eye. With the Pirelli sponsor as present as always and the logo placed in the center, this kit is one for the collection.

PSG make another appearance and are deservedly near the top of the list thanks to Nike's masterpiece. There's absolutely nothing to complain about with this stylish take on a classic look, as the designers added a slick new collar and altered the layout to include a broad red stripe down the center.

This is the uncontested winner. Barcelona have been bold and brash with previous kit designs, but this one is as sleek and simple as ever. The black-and-gold combo is simply gorgeous - and menacing. It's sure to pop on the screen with matching black shorts and socks.
