Fulham clinch permanent Mitrovic signing for reported £22M fee
Aleksandar Mitrovic - who fired Fulham to the Premier League while on loan from Newcastle last season - rejoined the west London side on a permanent deal Monday.
Mitrovic arrived for an initial £22-million fee, sources told Sky Sports' Joe Shread, and signed a five-year contract.

The Serbian striker played a massive role in Fulham's push for promotion, scoring 12 goals in 20 appearances in the second half of the 2017-18 campaign. He became an instant attraction at Craven Cottage, inspiring chants of "Mitro's on Fire" as Fulham reached, and won, the playoff final at Wembley Stadium.
"I'm very glad and happy and proud to finally be here and officially become a Fulham player," Mitrovic said. "I'm happy to the moon and back.
"I have love for the fans. They're amazing fans and I have a really good connection with them.
"This is a big club and last year we made history, we did big things, and I want to continue this. We want to keep making big things, and with all the fans behind us I think we can go far."
Mitrovic joined Newcastle in July 2015 following a prolific tenure at Anderlecht. He was unable to carry that form into the Premier League and eventually lost his place as a starter under manager Rafa Benitez.
Minutes remained sparse at the start of last season, and with Fulham interested, Mitrovic decided to make the drop down to the Championship to kick-start his career.
