England striker Jodie Taylor joins Lyon
Lyon, Aug 4, 2020 (AFP) - Veteran England forward Jodie Taylor has moved to European champions Lyon from its US affiliate OL Reign, the club said on Tuesday.
The 34-year-old, who has scored 19 goals in 50 international appearances, has signed a deal until December 31 with the French club. She finished top scorer at Euro 2017 (5 goals).
Before joining the Tacoma-based Reign in the National Women's Soccer League in 2018, she played for hometown team Tranmere Rovers (2002-2004), Birmingham (2011-2013), Arsenal (2016-2017), Swedish club Koppabergs-Goteborg (2013) as well as clubs in both North America and Australia .
