A hard-fought point was within Tottenham Hotspur's grasp before Dango Ouattara came through with late-game heroics in Bournemouth's surprise 3-2 victory in north London.

Minutes after Arnaut Danjuma's deflected shot brought Tottenham level, Ouattara sealed all three points for the relegation-threatened visitors with a curling strike to silence Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Tottenham opened the scoring with Son Heung-Min in the 14th minute before coughing up the lead and conceding twice shortly before and after halftime.

The victory puts Bournemouth six points clear of the relegation zone.

Meanwhile, fifth-place Tottenham remain three points behind a Manchester United side that has two games in hand. Spurs are also just three points above red-hot Aston Villa.
