Zidane labels Real Madrid as favourites to beat Manchester City
Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has identified his side as the favourites in the semi-final matchup with Manchester City.
With the first leg set to take place in Manchester, Zidane predicts his side has the edge in the two-legged affair when Madrid hosts Manuel Pellegrini's men at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Zidane, however, isn't willing to look beyond Real Madrid's upcoming La Liga clash with Getafe on Saturday,
"It will be a very, very difficult game," Zidane told reporters. "The good thing is we play the return at home, that is always positive. But for sure it will be a big battle.
"Madrid are always favourites, and always will be. But we know how difficult it is to play a Champions League semifinal against Manchester City, but we will do our best to go through. I know the draw is the news, but I am not going to answer 10 questions about it, as most important is tomorrow's game against Getafe."
Los Blancos continue to have a shot at catching league-leaders Barcelona after the Catalan's recent slump. Real currently sits four points back of Barca, and one away from city rivals Atletico Madrid, with six matches remaining.
