London - The singer chosen to sing the British national anthem prior to Saturday's FA Cup final issued an apology after missing the opening part of the song.
Karen Harding, 24, missed her cue as the band struck up 'God Save the Queen' on the pitch prior to the match between Crystal Palace and Manchester United at London's Wembley Stadium.
She eventually joined in towards the end of the anthem, and afterwards took to Twitter to apologise.
OMG. Biggest audience of my life and I get technical difficulties! Argh so sorry Guys!!! Xx
