Hull City's David Meyler: Sits out Euro 2016 for Ireland

Meyler didn't make an appearance for Republic of Ireland during Euro 2016 remaining with 16 caps and no goals. Ireland lost 2-1 out to France and were knocked out of the tournament at the round of 16.

Analysis:

Meyer had a solid squad rotation role in Hull's promotion-winning campaign last season. The 27-year-old central midfielder finished the season with two goals and one assist in 28 Championship appearances (20 starts), though, he won't bring much fantasy upside to the Premier League as he serves primarily defensive functions.
