Valencia, 26, leaves West Ham after just two seasons, the Ecuadorian international seeing his prospective playing time limited after the Hammers signed both Andre Ayew and Simone Zaza.
The pacey forward will join his new side after the international break, where he'll be expected to provide another scoring option alongside Romelu Lukaku at Goodison Park.
