Report: Ibrahimovic escapes ban for Kjaer stranglehold
Struggling Manchester United forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic won't serve a suspension in UEFA competition, despite grabbing Fenerbahce defender Simon Kjaer by the neck Thursday.
ESPN FC's Arindam Rej reports no ruling is expected because the fourth official let the players be. UEFA has the authority to review footage after the fact, but only if the incident went unnoticed by the matchday crew.

Ibrahimovic jostled for possession with Kjaer before getting in the face of the Denmark international.
Kjaer said it was his task to man-mark Ibrahimovic during the Europa League clash, which Fenerbahce won 2-1 thanks to brilliant individual goals.
"He is the kind of chest-puffing player, who is arrogant. That is his way of playing," Kjaer told Swedish television, as translated by the Guardian's Marcus Christenson.
"My way of playing is to mark him as tightly as possible and to give him as little space as possible, because he is a good player."
Ibrahimovic is certainly showing signs of frustration after going seven straight matches in all competitions without a goal.
