The north London side announced that the 20-year-old will link up with the under-23 squad.
Transfer details were not disclosed, but Sean Gibson of the Telegraph reports that the non-league side will receive £40,000-£80,000.
"He has tremendous pace, a good left foot, a great desire to do well. Overall, he's a very exciting prospect," manager Arsene Wenger said.
Crystal Palace had an opportunity to sign the left-back, but decided to cut ties following an unsuccessful trial in November.
Bramall generated a lot of hype after a video surfaced on Hednesford Town's YouTube account in September showing the defender pulling off a Rabona cross and finding his teammate for a goal.

He scored one goal during 26 matches in the Northern Premier League.
Prior to discovering Arsenal was interested in his services, Bramall experienced a bit of a panic when he was let go from his full-time job at a Bentley factory where he fitted radiators.
Fortunately, he didn't have to wait long for his next opportunity.
"When they told me, I was thinking I needed to sort something else quick, I needed more money coming in," he told Sky Sports. "But the next day I got a phone call saying Arsenal wanted me to come down for a trial."
If all goes well, his days as a factory worker should be over, for good.
