Vincent Kompany: Captain, centre-back, goal-scorer.
The Manchester City skipper rifled his second goal in four Premier League matches Saturday against Crystal Palace, producing a searing strike en route to a 5-0 win at the Etihad.
It was Kompany's fifth consecutive start following a series of debilitating injuries.
David Silva began the rampage in the second minute, Kevin De Bruyne followed up Kompany's effort with a low drive, Raheem Sterling padded his stats, and Nicolas Otamendi's diving header completed the rout.
City, in the hunt for a direct Champions League berth, is now provisionally third on 69 points.
