Twitter reacts to Chelsea's Premier League title win
Chelsea captured its fifth Premier League title in 13 years with a 1-0 win over West Brom on Friday. Though the title was all but assured for the Blues heading into the clash at The Hawthorns, Twitter was full of cheer as Antonio Conte celebrated his first taste of domestic glory in the English top flight.
