It's the end of an era for Chelsea Football Club.
Longstanding captain John Terry took his final bow at Stamford Bridge in a commemorative 26th-minute substitution, ending a 22-year career at Chelsea by making way for Gary Cahill, with Sunderland and his teammates stopping the match temporarily and giving Terry his on-field goodbyes while fans and family in attendance stood in ovation.
His Chelsea teammates then took to the sidelines and stood in a guard of honour as Terry placed the captain's armband on Cahill one final time.
