Sobrino tallied two goals and one assist in 11 La Liga appearances for Alaves last season. The product of Real Madrid's cantera, who also played in the final of the Copa del Rey as El Glorioso was beaten by Barcelona, joined City from SD Ponferradina in 2015. The transfer was valued at €275,000, an amount that could increase by up to €200,000 depending on variables.
