Klopp: Lallana's injury 'looked really serious'
Adam Lallana's availability for Liverpool - and for England at the World Cup - is in doubt after the midfielder was removed from Saturday's win over Crystal Palace with what manager Jurgen Klopp described as an injury that "looked really serious."
The 29-year-old, who entered the match as a second-half substitute, was on the pitch for just four minutes before going down with an apparent leg injury. Lallana was later seen leaving Selhurst Park on crutches, according to James Pearce of the Liverpool Echo.

Although the severity of the injury will likely be discovered in the coming days following a medical examination, Klopp suggested that Lallana could be out for an extended period after Liverpool's 2-1 victory.
"I haven't spoken with him but I saw him," Klopp told reporters. "It's absolutely bad. We don't know exactly what he has, but in the first moment and then I saw him going down it looked really serious, to be honest.
"It looks like something with the muscle, we couldn't make any further assessment so far, of course, but we will do that as quick as possible."
A hamstring injury already forced Lallana to miss the opening months of the campaign before he returned to fitness and made his season debut in November.
He's been expected to be in contention for a spot on the England squad that will travel to Russia this summer for the World Cup, but this latest injury blow could potentially spell the end of those hopes.
"He's our friend, our boy, our mate, our player having a difficult season already," Klopp added. "Maybe one of the biggest achievements of the team is that they could play a season so far like they played without Adam Lallana - I never would have thought it was possible.
"So we are all desperately waiting for him and now coming step-by-step back and now … it's a big, big blow for us today."
