URGENT ¥¥¥ Manchester United sign defender Harry Maguire from Leicester

London, Aug 5, 2019 (AFP) - Harry Maguire became the world's most expensive defender on Monday when Manchester United signed him for a reported fee of £80 million ($97 million).

"Manchester United is delighted to confirm the signing of Harry Maguire from Leicester City," the club said in a statement on its website.

"Harry signs on a six-year contract, with the option to extend for a further year."
