Following much deliberation and speculation, the Bundesliga is set to become the first major soccer league to resume its season after the German government officially gave the green light to return in May.
Bayern Munich had a four-point lead atop the table with nine matches remaining when the season was suspended, with their sights set on an eighth successive Bundesliga title.
Now that the campaign is set to resume, oddsmakers believe Bayern will comfortably win the title.

Borussia Dortmund | -125 |

Bayer Leverkusen | +6600 |
Schalke | +50000 |
Hoffenheim | +50000 |
Wolfsburg | +50000 |
Let's examine the prospects of a few select sides.
Bayern Munich
While the odds are ever in Bayern's favor, they have the toughest remaining schedule of any title challenger. Five of their nine remaining matches are against clubs currently in the top eight, including three difficult away matches against Dortmund, Leverkusen, and Wolfsburg. Bayern have lost their last two visits to Signal Iduna Park, and another defeat to Dortmund in Der Klassiker could blow the doors open on the title race.
Borussia Dortmund
As stated above, Dortmund simply have to win Der Klassiker to have any chance at claiming their first league title since 2012. But the significance of playing the match at home is mitigated by the fact that supporters won't be allowed inside the stadium. Dortmund will also face pressure to get results from trips to Wolfsburg and RB Leipzig, but they've won four straight at Volkswagen Arena and are unbeaten in their last two visits to Leipzig. There's certainly value in backing Dortmund at +550 to win the title.
RB Leipzig
Sitting one point behind Dortmund and five back of Bayern, Leipzig certainly warrant consideration in both these markets given the relative ease of their remaining schedule. They're set to play five of the bottom six clubs and have only one match remaining against a team currently in the top seven - home to Dortmund. Leipzig are 12-1-0 against clubs outside of the top eight this season, so it's quite conceivable that they go on an impressive run when the campaign resumes. I like them to finish with the Bundesliga's best record over the last nine matches, and they're my top play in both markets at +800 and +100.
Borussia Monchengladbach
With a lot of ground to gain and three clubs to jump, it seems unlikely Gladbach will mount a late title challenge. They're just a point behind Leipzig and two back of Dortmund, but they'll close out the season with a slightly more difficult schedule than either of those sides; Gladbach have matches against Bayern, Freiburg, Leverkusen, and Wolfsburg remaining.
