Report: Tottenham want to sell Alli, PSG in talks with his agent
Gareth Bale's arrival could signal the end of Dele Alli's time at Tottenham.
Spurs want to sell the versatile midfielder, and Paris Saint-Germain are in discussions with his agent about a potential move, according to Fabrizio Romano of The Guardian.
Spurs have offered Alli to "many clubs," Romano adds. Real Madrid were believed to be one of those teams but weren't interested in signing Alli on loan as part of the deal that sent Bale back to north London.
Jose Mourinho dropped the 24-year-old from the squad for Sunday's 5-2 win over Southampton after also omitting him from the team for the midweek Europa League qualifier against Lokomotiv Plovdiv.
Alli was substituted at halftime of Tottenham's season-opening defeat to Everton last weekend, too.
The relationship between the England international and Mourinho appears to have deteriorated after a bright start.
"No," the Portuguese manager said when asked if an injury concern was behind Alli's omission from Sunday's team. "We have a huge squad, a squad with numbers that are very difficult to manage.
"We have too many players for some positions and some of them are paying the price for this."
