Report: David Luiz struck Dani Ceballos during Arsenal training session
David Luiz struck Arsenal teammate Dani Ceballos on the nose after taking exception to a challenge by the Spaniard during last Friday's training session, according to The Athletic's David Ornstein.
The incident occurred after manager Mikel Arteta blew the final whistle on a practice match at the club's London Colney complex. Ceballos was reportedly sent to the ground by Luiz's attack and left with a scratch which drew blood.
Ceballos refuted Ornstein's account on Twitter with a simple retort:

Teammates and staff stepped in to diffuse the alleged scuffle before the pair apologized and discussed their differences away from the group. They reconvened with the rest of the squad on Tuesday after the whole team took three days off.
Some members in the camp have apparently viewed the tussle in a positive light, believing it shows a competitiveness that could help ignite the Gunners' season.
Ceballos was also involved in an altercation with Eddie Nketiah before Arsenal's opening-day victory over Fulham, Ornstein understands.
