Bayern Munich defender Eric Dier's deal has been extended until 2025, new sporting director Max Eberl confirmed on Friday.
The deal was extended automatically by one year after the 30-year-old England defender satisfied a clause in his contract to play a minimum number of games.
Speaking with broadcaster DAZN before Bayern's match at Freiburg, Eberl said Dier is "definitely helping us."
Dier joined Bayern from Tottenham in January on a deal which had been set to run until the end of the season.
He has since played six Bundesliga matches for the German champions, starting four times.
