Phil Foden got the title celebrations started early after opening the scoring in Sunday's 3-1 win over West Ham United.
The English midfielder gave City a 1-0 lead inside the opening two minutes after unleashing a powerful shot from outside the box that zipped into the top corner.

Foden scored again in the 18th minute to make it 2-0 for City and bring his season tally to a career-high 19 goals.
West Ham cut the deficit in half before the break thanks to Mohammed Kudus' impressive bicycle kick, but Rodri scored in the 59th minute to restore the two-goal lead.
Sunday's win sealed Manchester City's fourth consecutive Premier League title.
