The transfer window may be closed, but the rumors never stop swirling. Check in every day for all the latest buzz from across the soccer world.

Top story: Haaland in Madrid's plans

Real Madrid are already preparing for life without Vinicius Junior, as rumors persist that the Brazilian may play in the Saudi Pro League next season. If Vinicius leaves, Real Madrid will focus on bringing Manchester City superstar Erling Haaland to the Santiago Bernabeu.

Uniting the Norwegian striker with another generational talent in Kylian Mbappe would lead to a shuffle in the current Madrid setup. The French forward would shift to the right wing to allow Haaland to play in his preferred central position. Although Haaland is fresh off signing a nine-and-a-half-year contract, circumstances could change if Manchester are found guilty of 115 charges for financial breaches. (Florian Plettenberg)
