Manchester City fans won't soon forget the dramatic way their club captured the Premier League title two seasons ago.

And how could they?

By now you all know the story of Sergio Aguero scoring a title-winning goal on the last kick of the season after the club looked dead and buried with only minutes remaining in their match against QPR.

While Aguero's shirt-swinging celebration is often the one that gets remembered -- and for good reason, he scored the goal after all -- goalkeeper Joe Hart provided his own memorable moment down at the other end of the pitch.
