Report: Cattermole move to Stoke City appears to be off

Who would have thought the Lee Cattermole saga would be the most dramatic in a rather dull deadline day. Alas, here we are.

Contrary to previous reports a deal that would see Cattermole move from Sunderland to Stoke City appears to be off. 

ITV reports Press Association Sport believes the deal has now fallen through, despite claims a fee had been agreed between the two clubs.
