PHOTO: Young Manchester City fan trolls Steven Gerrard over infamous slip
Manchester City are in pole position to capture their second Premier League title in three seasons, and are looking to take a massive step towards the crown in Wednesday's match against Aston Villa.
Only a short time ago, it looked as though Liverpool would be lifting the trophy come season's end.
But a vital mistake by captain Steven Gerrard in the Reds' recent 2-0 loss to Chelsea now seems destined to be the defining moment of the campaign, as the English international slipped on the ball in his own half and allowed Demba Ba to score what would prove to be the game-winner.
The result opened the door for Manuel Pellegrini's men, and the mistake is providing a never-ending stream of laughs for the City fans.
