Liverpool officially sign Mario Balotelli

Let the speculation end. Mario Balotelli is officially a member of Liverpool FC. 

The BBC's Ben Smith reports Balotelli will be in the Liverpool dressing room before Monday's match against Manchester City and will also be on the team bus following the game. 

"I'm very happy," Balotelli said in an official team press release. "We've been talking about coming here and now I'm happy to be here."

"Liverpool are one of the best teams here in England and the football is very good here."
