Report: Diego Costa to miss Manchester United match with groin injury
Diego Costa's lingering hamstring issues garner all of the attention and take all of the blame for his inability to play multiple matches every week. Now, it seems like the prolific striker has another problem on his hands.
The Guardian's Dominic Fifield reports that Costa, who has missed Chelsea's last two matches with the aforementioned injury, won't be fit for Sunday's match against Manchester United due to a separate groin problem.
The report suggests that the 26-year-old suffered the new ailment while away on international duty earlier this month. If true, that will only help to further Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho's disdain for the way Spain managed the situation with his best striker.
There's also the issue of a mysterious stomach illness that caused the Spaniard to make a trip to the hospital in recent days, as reported by Ben Smith of the BBC.
#CFC striker Diego Costa has now been released from hospital after requiring treatment for a mystery bug.

Injury problems were always the concern with Costa, who has scored nine goals in his first seven Premier League matches since joining the Blues from Atletico Madrid this summer.
