When it rains, it pours.
Injury-riddled Arsenal could be without midfielder Jack Wilshere for the foreseeable future, as the 22-year-old was forced to leave Saturday's match against Manchester United in the second half with an apparent ankle injury.
The oft-injured Wilshere was involved in a heavy collision with United defender Paddy McNair, who caught his ankle with an ill-timed slide tackle as he was on a bursting run through midfield.
Wilshere attempted to run it off and return, but was replaced by Santi Cazorla shortly after.
