Swansea City's Bafetimbi Gomis 'fine' after collapsing vs. Tottenham
A scary scene occurred at White Hart Lane on Wednesday when Swansea City striker Bafetimbi Gomis collapsed near the centre circle.
Gomis regained consciousness after medical teams came to his assistance. He was removed from the match against Tottenham on a stretcher to undergo further tests.
The medical staff at the stadium tended to the striker for several minutes and applied an oxygen mask, which helped him regain consciousness.
Fortunately, it doesn't appear to be as serious as first suspected.
Good news from White Hart Lane, @BafGomis is fine and we'll provide an update as soon as possible. #TOTSWA

It's been a few years, but Gomis has a history of losing consciousness on the football pitch. He collapsed three times during the 2009 season, twice with Lyon and once while on international duty with France.
The latter incident saw Gomis regain consciousness and join his team 15 minutes later.
