Arsenal's Welbeck faces fitness test ahead of match vs. Manchester United
Danny Welbeck has a chance to be included in Arsenal's squad when they take on his former club at Old Trafford.
Manager Arsene Wenger didn't want to say for sure if the England international would be included in Sunday's lineup, as he waits to determine if Welbeck is fit enough to play a role against Manchester United.
"I don't think we have any big injuries, maybe Welbeck will be available but at the moment he looks short," Arsenal told reporters.
The forward, who signed with Arsenal from United during the summer transfer window, has failed to make an appearance for the Gunners since April 26 after suffering a knee injury.
Wenger went on to confirm that Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Mathieu Debuchy and Mikel Arteta have yet to recover from injury and will not be involved Sunday.
