Shay Given signs 2-year contract with Stoke City
At the age of 39, Shay Given is refusing to take off his gloves.
Stoke City announced Friday that the Irish 'keeper put pen to paper on a two-year contract after being released from the final year of his deal with Aston Villa.

Given, who only featured in three Premier League fixtures at Villa last season, will be reunited with manager Mark Hughes at the Britannia Stadium.
"I know Shay particularly well from our time together at Manchester City and I'm really looking forward to working with him again," Hughes said. "He will not only be a great asset on the pitch as an outstanding goalkeeper but he's also a fantastic character to have in the dressing room and around the Club - a true professional."
