Almen Abdi inks new 3-year deal with Watford

Almen Abdi will be at Vicarage Road for the foreseeable future.
Watford announced Tuesday that the 28-year-old midfielder, a key figure in the club's promotion to the Premier League last season, put pen to paper on a new three-year contract.

Abdi collected Watford's Player of the Season trophy at the end of his inaugural season with the club in 2012-13, and the 2014-15 campaign saw him notch nine goals and two assists through 32 Championship appearances.
