The two players, both part of Everton's under-21 side, will be available for Wigan's preseason game at Partick Thistle on Tuesday.
Junior, who joined Everton on a free transfer in 2012, is a product of Benfica's academy and has also spent time at Manchester City. He joined Port Vale on loan in March but made only one appearance after suffering a hamstring injury during his debut.
Kenny, meanwhile, arrived at Everton's Academy at the young age of 9 and signed a three-year professional contract with the club last summer.
