Report: Rafael close to move away from Manchester United with Lyon
Manchester United right full-back Rafael is close to a move to French outfit Lyon, according to L'equipe.
Rafael, 25, joined the Red Devils back in 2008, alongside his twin brother, Fabio. The two started on either flank on the back line, but Rafael has lasted at the club a few years longer than Fabio, who was loaned out to Queens Park Rangers in 2012 and 2013 before being sold to Cardiff City last year.
While a move hasn't been made official by either club, the Brazilian defender may have confirmed the jump via Twitter in response to a well-wishing Manchester United supporter.

Rafael made 11 appearances last season for Manchester United, but with the arrival of Italian international Matteo Darmian, he's most likely surplus to requirements for manager Louis van Gaal.
