The joke is always on Peter Crouch.

And, more often than not, Crouch is usually in on it.

The Stoke City forward finally responded to the famous meme of him performing a leg workout, which is usually accompanied by a tongue-in-cheek comment about his lanky legs and "exhaustive" workout routine.

Only this time, Crouch's picture was placed next to his polar opposite body type: new teammate Xherdan Shaqiri.
