Some reports suggest Lopes, 19, could be set for a loan move to Lille, where he spent the entirety of last season and made 23 appearances and scored three goals.
While he was never really given a chance to play first-team football at City, Lopes was grateful for the opportunity to wear the sky-blue kit.
My first words are for @MCFC fans who have supported me since my first days in the club... You are AMAZING and truly make this club GIANT!
