Twitter reacts to Anthony Martial's debut goal for Manchester United
When French forward Anthony Martial made his £36-million move from AS Monaco to Manchester United, his own manager, Louis van Gaal, admitted the Red Devils paid a "ridiculous" fee for the 19-year-old's services.
Martial repaid that price tag in kind with a ridiculous goal in the 86th minute to give Manchester United a 3-1 win over rivals Liverpool, weaving past Martin Skrtel with ease and slotting home his first Premier League goal with composure and skill.

Martial's goal didn't just give his side a comfortable margin to see out, but also cancelled out the danger created when Liverpool striker Christian Benteke scored a magical overhead goal to cut the lead to one.
The Twittersphere reacted accordingly, as the new star of Old Trafford celebrated his first goal as a Red Devil, with some even comparing him to another Premier League great: Thierry Henry.

Anthony Martial schools Skrtel and delivers a great goal in his debut. Yes, there was a little Thierry Henry in that run. 3-1 Man United.
