Report: Luke Shaw expected to have 2nd operation on broken leg
Luke Shaw will reportedly be going under the knife once again.
After suffering a double fracture of the right leg during Manchester United's 2-1 defeat at PSV Eindhoven in the Champions League, the 20-year-old left-back underwent surgery at St. Anna Ziekenhuis hospital on Tuesday night.

According to Sky Sports, however, Shaw is expected to have a second operation on his broken leg as part of his recovery on Friday, and United is planning to bring the youngster back to the United Kingdom this weekend should the second procedure be successful, and if he has recovered sufficiently.

Shaw suffered the horrific injury courtesy of a reckless tackle from Hector Moreno in the 14th minute of the fixture, forcing the match to be delayed for roughly 10 minutes as medical staff attended to the defender.

No official timeline has been announced for Shaw's recovery, but Jamie Jackson of the Guardian reports that he could be sidelined for up to six months.
