PHOTO: Tottenham gives Wayne Gretzky custom jersey, spells his name wrong
When the greatest hockey player ever decided to take in Wednesday's Capital One Cup match between Tottenham and Arsenal at White Hart Lane, the home club was - as one should be in the face of greatness - prepared with a gift for the esteemed guest.
There was only one problem. The Tottenham shirt that former captain Ledley King presented to Wayne Gretzky included a spelling error ...

The Premier League club may have enlisted the help of whoever served as the New York Rangers' equipment manager in 1997.

At the very least, Gretzky - the National Hockey League's all-time leader in myriad offensive categories, including points (2,857), goals (894), and assists (1,963) - did get some worthwhile advice ahead of Wednesday's derby.
