Fabio Borini: Expected to train Friday
Borini had an injection in his injured ankle and is expected to return to training Friday, manager Sam Allardyce said Wednesday.
Analysis:
Given the late return to training after missing time with the injury, it seems like a bit of a long shot that Borini would start this Sunday against Everton, though he could theoretically be available off the bench. Steven Fletcher has played very well of late, which doesn't force the team to rush Borini back.
