VIDEO: Rooney strikes fierce volley to extend England scoring record

The goals aren't coming with rapid frequency at club level, but Wayne Rooney continues to bag them at a fashionable rate with England.
Rooney banged in the second goal in Tuesday's friendly against France, hammering a volley at close range.
It was his 51st strike for the Three Lions, and his eighth goal in his past 10 international matches. His scoring rate is considerably worse at Manchester United, where he has just two tallies over the past month of action.
