Norwich City manager Alex Neil is ready to reinvest the reported £8 million from Lewis Grabban's sale to Bournemouth, but it's uncertain whether it will go towards signing Everton's Steven Naismith.
Grabban sealed the move to Bournemouth on Monday after struggling to get playing time with the Canaries. Their pursuit of Naismith has reportedly yielded an agreement with Everton over an equivalent £8-million transfer, but the 29-year-old Scotland international hasn't yet chosen to leave the club.

"Sometimes players have their heads turned and get their heart set on going elsewhere," Neil said of Grabban. "So what we had to do was try and get the best value for that and reinvest it and bring someone in who can contribute."
Like Grabban, Naismith hasn't earned regular minutes at Everton. He was the subject of a bid from Norwich during the summer transfer window, but manager Roberto Martinez declined to let Naismith go.
