Hiddink confirms Costa suffered broken nose; expected to be available vs. Newcastle
Despite breaking his nose during a training ground accident, Diego Costa is expected to be available for Chelsea's match Saturday against Newcastle United.
Manager Guus Hiddink confirmed the injury during his pre-match press conference, saying that Costa is expected to do some light training Friday before linking up with his teammates ahead of Saturday's contest.
Guus expects Diego to be available for Saturday's game. He says the incident was an accidental one as he challenged for a header. #CFC

Costa apparently sustained the injury during an aerial collision with one of Chelsea's youth players.
The Spanish international and Canadian 18-year-old Fikayo Tomori crashed in the air, with Costa being forced to travel to Milan to have a protective mask fitted ahead of Saturday's contest, according to Matt Law of The Telegraph.
