Borussia Dortmund replies to claim Ilkay Gundogan is joining Manchester City

Borussia Dortmund is putting Spanish dailies in their rightful place.
On Friday, after Sport reported that Ilkay Gundogan told Barcelona that he will be joining Pep Guardiola at Manchester City next season, Dortmund took to Twitter and questioned the Catalan publication's integrity.
.@sport Really? We should know about that, shouldn't we? Truth is, we don't know anything about that.

Gundogan's future at Dortmund is clouded by uncertainty after, in January, he admitted that he has yet to make a decision about his long-term plans.
