The 33-year-old is expected to sign a contract before his official unveiling Tuesday.
A statement from Sivasspor, as translated by BBC Sport, read: "The Brazilian striker Robinho, whom we have been seeing for a long time and who we have agreed to in principle, will be in Sivas tomorrow," the Super Lig club said in a statement.
"After the final negotiations, he will sign a formal contract with us."
News of his impending arrival in Turkey comes in the wake of a nine-year sentence he was issued late last year for his part in the gang rape of a woman in Milan, Italy in 2013. The sentence has been suspended while Robinho's appeal gets processed in Italy.
Robinho, who began his career in Brazil with Santos, previously enjoyed spells with Manchester City, AC Milan, and Guangzhou Evergrande of the Chinese Super League.
