A new documentary series from Netflix provides an in-depth look into the eight countries that have won the FIFA World Cup.
Titled "Becoming Champions," the series begins with a feature on the World Cup's inaugural champions, Uruguay, and continues with episodes focusing on Italy, Germany, Brazil, England, Argentina, France, and Spain. Lothar Matthaus, Rivaldo, and George Cohen were among those interviewed for the series, according to Simon Lloyd of JOE.co.uk.
Netflix also launched another football-focused series earlier this month called "Sunderland 'Til I Die," which follows the English club through its 2017-18 season.
