Portugal fans flocked to the city centre in Porto to celebrate a wild finish to Euro 2016, as Swansea City's much-maligned forward Eder scored the game- and tournament-winning goal in the 109th minute of play against host nation France.
With Cristiano Ronaldo injured and substituted early in the match, hopes of a Portuguese triumph seemed to fade, but the Selecao battled well to take the game into extra time, and Eder's goal sent the fans in the streets into pandemonium.
