Report: Injured Haaland expected to be available for Man City's next game
Manchester City won't have to wait long for Erling Haaland to return from injury.
The 23-year-old forward is expected to be available for City's first match after the international break despite suffering a foot injury with Norway, according to The Guardian's Fabrizio Romano.
It's understood that the injury isn't considered serious, as Haaland is expected to be available for selection when City host Liverpool on Saturday, Romano adds.
Haaland was ruled out of Sunday's Euro 2024 qualifier against Scotland after injuring his foot in Norway's win over the Faroe Islands on Thursday. His availability was determined before Norway's qualifying chances for Euro 2024 officially ended.
"Unfortunately, I am missing tomorrow’s game against Scotland. Wishing the boys all the best. Now treatment and trying to get back asap," Haaland posted on social media Saturday.
Haaland has 13 goals in 12 games for Premier League leaders City this season.
