Charles Leclerc: Leads Jeddah FP1
Leclerc was fastest in Practice 1 for the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix Formula 1 race at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit. He turned a fast lap of 1:30.772.
Analysis:
This opening hour-long session would see Leclerc eventually supplant Max Verstappen atop the timing charts at the Jeddah circuit. The Ferrari Racing star edged Verstappen by just 0.116-seconds to lead FP1. Coming off the big win last weekend at Bahrain, it seems that Leclerc is carrying a lot of momentum into round 2 of the Formula 1 schedule. He'll be a top contender to win Sunday's Saudi Arabian GP.
